DX is an expert in the field of data, and more specifically in data migration.

Data eXcellence joins Alan Allman Associates

Established over ten years ago, Data eXcellence is a recognized player in the execution of large-scale data migration projects. More than 50 experts support customers throughout Europe and internationally, from sites in Nieuwegein and Groningen, the Netherlands. Data eXcellence offers its customers high-end solutions for data migration, data quality and reconciliation. Data eXcellence delivers specific migration solutions for finance (banks, insurers, pension funds) and for ERP and CRM for other fields like education, public services and industry.

Alan Allman Associates expands its presence in the Benelux countries with a move into the Netherlands

With this new acquisition, Alan Allman Associates strengthens its position in the heart of Europe. The Netherlands is a strategic location for the ecosystem. In addition to its ideal geographical position, the Netherlands is home to recognized experts who place innovation at the heart of their expertise, as well as a wealth of multilingual talent.

This new operation takes the form of an acquisition by Alan Allman Associates, via its subsidiary Alan Allman Associates Belgium, of 80% of the shares in eXcellence Group. This acquisition was settled by Alan Allman Associates Belgium in cash and 93,370 shares held in treasury by Alan Allman Associates.

eXcellence Group's projected annual sales in 2023 are 6.929 million euros.
