Credit card portfolio to CCMS
Cornèr Bank implemented a new credit card management system - CCMS - to be used by each member of the group. This results in greater efficiency and cost savings. Cornèrcard UK used a bespoke system - NIS - of which the entire prepaid credit card portfolio needed to be migrated to CCMS. Cornèr requested DX to execute the data migration.

Scope and results
DX was responsible for the data migration. DX conducted gap analysis, cleansed data, created datamappings, created controls reports, performed trial migrations and - ultimately - performed the final migration. The final migration was performed - as planned - in a weekend.
