Rabobank has developed a new chain for business financing. The primary aim of this new chain is to enable customers to enter their own data as much as possible and as such, to also improve efficiency by means of STP processes.
Rabobank wanted to phase out the FGH label as an independent label and place all corporate FGH mortgage loans in a single administrative department. This project was the first migration to the new SAP-based architecture of Rabobank Financing. The preparations for the data migration ran parallel to the development of the new architecture.
This project migrated collateral securities for one of the largest banks in the Netherlands from BBS to SAP Banking Software (Commercial Lending). The migration to SAP increased Rabobank’s market agility and lowered operating costs. DX provided in-depth knowledge of SAP, supported the client with data cleansing services and operated in a true partnership with Rabobank.
The complete debtors/creditors portfolio consisting of millions of clients, including historical data needed to migrate to the new system.

The data of over 800.000 savings accounts and term deposits was migrated from four distinct systems to Sopra Banking Platform (Thaler). a.s.r. Bank has chosen to consolidate the savings and securities portfolios from two systems into one. This required the migration of the savings accounts from the Sopra Banking Platform to Idella’s BGS system. The data of over 100.000 savings accounts from Sopra Banking Platform Thaler to BGS (Idella) was migrated. The project was executed based on a fixed fee and was delivered on time. DX worked with Robeco’s partner IG&H to execute this complex migration. Over 40.000 contracts were migrated in DX’s migration factory. Continuous reporting gave Robeco insight in the real progress. DX already had experience with the target systems Lifetime (Inovita) and Fundation (Topicus). This made the migration relatively straightforward.
