Data migration from OLM to Forward
Rabobank has asked DX to carry out the data migration of the lease contracts from OLM to Forward. The scope of this project is to perform an automated data migration and it must be possible to perform the data migration in multiple tranches in a controlled and predictable way.

Within 28 months, approximately 40,000 lease contracts have been successfully migrated in three tranches from OLM and Siebel to Forward by Liscor.
In this project, we worked together as one team with short lines of communication. This made it possible to switch quickly and little time was lost.
