Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has decided to transfer the back-office activities of the mortgage portfolio to a new system landscape. Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has asked Data eXcellence to take care of the data migration. In November 2020, this migration took place in a big bang. With this, the management of the current Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance mortgage portfolio has been transferred to the new systems Force, FRB, Odoo and STO.
A record number of mortgage applications were made in 2020. The RTL Nieuws news programme reports that mortgage applications grew by 24.5% from 2019. The Mortgage Data Network registered a total of 535,375 mortgage applications in 2020.
