The University of Groningen (RUG) aims to achieve professional and efficient business operations, thus leaving maximum time and funds for research and education. For this reason, the RUG has implemented a new, robust management system for the entire organisation.
The financial data from Infor and the HR data from Peoplesoft were converted into AFAS Profit.
The university was founded in 1614, making it the oldest surviving university in the Netherlands after Leiden University.

This successful data migration involved collaboration with the implementation partner Fides. The collaboration further included SysQa, responsible for testing, and QBit, who carried out the audit.
