About Waterbedrijf Groningen
Waterbedrijf Groningen is a social non-profit organisation. Apart from supplying drinking water and industrial water, Waterbedrijf Groningen also makes a contribution to public health, nature conservation, creating sustainable sources, administrative issues, spatial planning, employment and innovation. From five production locations, 575,000 consumers are supplied with 44 billion litres of drinking water. In the field of IT, Waterbedrijf Groningen works closely together with Waterbedrijf Drenthe.
Data migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics
This project concerned the implementation of a new customer care and billing package based on Microsoft Dynamics. The migration of the existing SAP system formed a part of the project, which was carried out together with Waterbedrijf Drenthe.
We only received a couple of dozen calls at our customer service centre, which were dealt with quickly. It was a very smooth migration, both for the organisation and the customer.
